The enrollee chooses a preferred Primary care provider on the Medical Partners network (one who provides care for primary medical conditions such as Malaria, Upper respiratory tract infection, Diabetes, Hypertension, Otitis etc). The enrollee has seamless access to this provider.
AUTHORIZATION CODES
The purpose of our authorization system is to ensure quality care is always granted to our Enrollees. It also captures our liability ahead of the Hospital’s bill, which helps for the scheme’s fund management, which is critical to the success of all health Schemes.
ENROLLE SUPPORT SYSTEM
Our support system is a friendly interface for enrollees, which makes it easy for complaints to be channelled directly to our support representatives and allows for immediate solutions which are logged on for enrollees to view.
